EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We offer a hassle-free exchange and return policy.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Exchanges for a new size can be made once upon request. Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received the wrong shirt or a damaged shirt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us (email: customersupport@doggoclothingco.com) for instructions on how to begin your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items can be returned for full refund. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item to qualify for a refund.

If you are not fully satisfied with an item we will be happy to exchange it as long as it conforms to the criteria below. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. You will be required to ship the product back to us. Once the item is received, we will contact you to make payment for the return shipping charges to ship the new items out to you. If the item you are exchanging for costs more than your original order, we will also collect the balance due before we ship.

• Orders may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Only new unused clothing can exchanged.
• Shipping fees are not refunded.

Items will not be eligible for exchange if:

• Item has been worn, washed, used, dried or stained in any way
• Items must be free of an odors. Items containing cigarette smoke orders will not be eligible for a refund.
• An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
• Item was marked as a Clearance. All clearance items are sold as is and are not returnable.
• Item was refused upon delivery.
• Item was a customized/personalized design or is a seasonal item, i.e. Christmas.

Receiving Your Refund:

Doggo Clothing Company will begin processing your refund once we have received your returned item(s). Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days from the receipt of your return. Doggo Clothing Company will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used from the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one to two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the credit card company that you use.

European customers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Doggo Clothing Company reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
